The items displayed in this section match the Report Parameters selected when LOAD ITEMS was clicked.

When many items are listed, use the Item Filter section to locate the item(s) you wish to audit.
- Select Currently Active to only include items that are still in the formulary of the selected site(s).
- Select Previously Active to only include items that are no longer in the formulary of the selected site(s).
- Select All to include all items, whether currently in the formulary or not.
- To search for an item by name, enter the first few characters of the Item or Brand Name.
- Item Code is usually the NDC.
- Catalog # is the McKesson-created, unique item ID for Lynx.
By default, all items shown under Report Item Selection are selected.
If you want all the items listed in your results, skip to number six or seven, below, to view or download the report.
To select a specific item to include the Item Audit Report results, click the item in the list.
When a single item is clicked, all other items are deselected.
To select more than one item, hold the Ctrl button on your keyboard and click the additional items to select them.
Ctrl + click on an item that is already selected to deselect it.
Alternatively, use the SELECT ALL or DESELECT ALL button to quickly include all or none of the items listed.
To display the report results onscreen, click VIEW (click round arrow to see example report results).
To download the report, click DOWNLOAD EXCEL.
